Hiring Indian Video Editors (Short form content)
We’re currently building a streamers collective based in india, a group of carefully selected creators across different niches with goal of producing lifestyle content on a consistent basis (majorly on twitch and youtube)
The focus is on:
• Strong storytelling and pacing
• Clean, engaging edits with good retention
• Creative input from the editor side. this matters a lot, should have the basic knowledge about all the recent trends in editing.
• Developing a distinct editing style for the collective
What you’ll be working on:
Stream highlights, shorts/reels, occasional structured content (as we scale), and working closely with creators to elevate their content quality

This is a long term project, not a one off gig. Our team is looking for someone who wants to grow with the team and be part of it.
