How do you actually know when a company has "post-implementation drift" vs. just using NetSuite the way they need to?
Curious what others think about this. I keep seeing the argument that most companies only use 50% of their NetSuite. But I've started wondering, is that actually a problem, or is it just how ERP adoption works? Not every company needs every module. Where's the line between "you're leaving value on the table" and "you've scoped NetSuite correctly for your size"? For context, I'm thinking specifically about companies 18-36 months post go-live. What signals do you actually look for that tell you a system is drifting vs. being used intentionally?
