I had a final hearing for a FVRO against my ex recently. The order states they must remove their property from the home by the end of the month. They are demanding I or anyone else (apart from the agreed mediator) be present in the home when they collect their belongings. I won’t be there but was planning on having someone there to ensure they don’t go through my things or go in my bedroom. Everything of theirs is packed already. Sorry if this sounds rambling, I’ve never been in this position before. Thanks for your advice in advance.
