My results in January showed positive ANA 1:160, then negative in February and now positive 1:160 again in April both times with nucleolar pattern. I’ve seen a rheumatologist who basically dismissed me even though I’ve had symptoms for years of mostly fatigue, pain and weakness. I’ve done further blood tests but all comes back normal.

I’m getting frustrated that I can’t find answers because I don’t feel normal at all but everything comes back normal. Has anyone been in a similar position and been diagnosed with something? Anyone with a similar pattern?
