Hey everyone. I am applying for a Conrad 30 flex spot. I have been approved by DoH and currently pending at the DOS. Has anyone been rejected at DOS or USCIS. I was told it’s not typical and usually the hardest part is DOH.

Trying to figure out moving logistics, if we should rent or buy a home. Homes are rare to come up in the single area we’re interested in and one just came up for sale that we really love and will sell quickly. Appreciative everyone’s thoughts and experiences.
