Yesterday was just stupidly busy. Why did I think we were gonna be slow on mother's day weekend?! I can't imagine what's in store for me today....Sundays are always packed.
It also didn't help that one of our closers walked out and quit on us in the middle of the afternoon rush😭

I swear it's every day, customers just casually grabbing items from the bottom of a stack instead of the top. All you are doing is making it harder on the employees when they go to scrap the store. You aren't getting anything at a fresher or "later date" either..
Just stop! And for the love of all mercy, please stop putting refrigerated items in the freezer sections or on the shelves and so on, I found an entire case of yogurt in the freezer section the other day and people wonder why prices go up on product?! Because you don't put them back where they go!

My hours from yesterday aren't showing up in the app like it normally does whenever I clock in and out and I know I clocked both yesterday. It's supposed to show when I clocked in and out.
I also just moved from part time to full time position so idk if that's affecting it. I also noticed whenever I did clock in yesterday, it will say my name, when I clocked in and my position, and instead of saying my position, it just says "null". I'm concerned my hours not showing up will affect my paycheck so any information will be helpful.
My hours also don't show up in UKG Wallet so i know there is a problem. I did tell my SM and she hasn't said anything yet.
