Help save my dogs life

Monday, my dog Stormy swallowed a whole bone for some reason and now he’s at the vet fighting for his life
They need to operate him and I honestly can’t afford as I lost my job last year due to the company closing and I’ve been searching and Stormy has been my rock through this hard times. I’ve had him for two years and I can’t imagine being without him
I’m currently back in Kenya at my parents trying to find a new job in Canada again or USA.
I have no issue keeping in touch with whoever is kind enough to help and give updates.
His surgery and after care will cost around $600 and I honestly can’t afford that now
I’ve taken scan of the current quote
The vets are still waiting for the deposit for the quote but keeping him comfortable
Please help if you can as it’s hard in Kenya or Africa in general for people to understand how much pets can mean to someone
