Milton Mall Service Ontario Experience was terrible

Terrible experience with Service Ontario at the Milton Mall. The staff there is hugely incompetent in my experience and many customers I have seen literally crash out in the times I visited there thanks to the staff's incompetent and rude behaviour.

In my experience, I went in to renew my license and they got my address wrong, not once, but three times. Atleast, they got it wrong the first time and weren't able to fully fix it the other two times. I don't know what rocket science they need to learn in order to input the correct address.

I had to eventually go to another Service Ontario, outside of Milton, to finally get my renewed documents a month later - but a WHOLE 9 MONTHS LATER AFTER MY FIRST VISIT AT MILTON.

The funny thing is, on my 2nd return to renew my temporary documents, they were giving me a hard time for not having the expired physical license (even though I had the paper one) and were demanding the renewal fee again lol. Luckily, I went back and found it, but it honestly is bullshit.

I guess, this is an Ontario problem as a whole. This entire process should be done online instead of having these useless centers with incompetent staff all across Ontario. This province is decades behind the rest of the world and it's not even funny, embrace the future, because if we don't we will be left behind - which we already are. The rudeness and lack of human empathy I experience at Milton's service center, make me wish we can automate these jobs and shut these service centers down - because atleast AI won't be rude and have the same amount of empathy (infact ChatGPT is kinder to me than the staff).

I was wondering if others had any similar experiences with this Service Ontario? As I saw multiple people crashing out right infront of them lol.

Edit: The cherry on top of the sh1t cake is the ridiculous wait times on a weekday, I went to the other place outside of Milton and it took half the time to see the service rep. Either way, this entire process should be done online anyways - we don't need these service centers and taxpayers can save money instead of having to talk to a bunch of "human" drones at these service centers.

I just changed the engine air filter. It took a while to fit it in, I tried using different sides - eventually it fit perfectly.

My only question is, will the car let you know if the air filter is not properly fit in? Or is there a way to tell?

Acceleration wise, I already feel more sharpness in the engine in the initial 0-30 KM/h.

I know that GS comfortline doesn't come with TSR or the HUD. However, I think I have heard it displays the speed limit and stop signs in the dashboard if you have the SD card installed on lower trims? Is this true?

For context: I am in Canada.

I am wondering what navigation SD cards would work with my 2025 CX-5?

Also, which SD cards did you guys use/recommend for use? How safe are these for use, can their be any viruses or malware uploaded to the car's computer through this? Is there any certificate of safety regarding this?

I am looking at Amazon for reference and I see anywhere from 35-50 CAD for an SD card, is this a fine amount? Are there any sales regarding this?

Is this normal? Why does this happen?

Had a dude from Milton Power show up to change the meter or something.

Will that cause power bills to go up? Dude literally shut the power down for a few minutes.
