Error code E21 on brand new Horizon T101
I’m waiting for Horizon to get back to me. But has anyone experienced this error code? It’s happened twice now. I’ll start up the treadmill and start inclining it and it just stops randomly and has E21 on the screen.
This treadmill is less than 2 weeks old and it already has something wrong with it possibly? I’ve been using it every single day for 30 minutes at a time and haven’t had any issues until now.
Pain in this area of my foot when I wore my new ghost 18. Is this normal? I’m used to cheaper stiff shoes that don’t have much cushion so I was wondering if it’s because of that? I have wide feet and got the wide but now wondering if I need an x-wide?
I do the following bodyweight exercises since I don’t go to the gym. I just want to build some muscle and be healthy.
Dumbbells are 20lbs
Push up
Dumbbell row
Pulse squat
Hip hinge
Deadbug
Single leg bridge
Side bridge
Curl
Overhead dumbbell press
Hope to add on Inverted row soon
I’m trying to get something so I can do an inverted row to get my Pull exercise in, I have nothing to use at the moment.
Is there anything I should add or take away from my exercises?
4x15 Dumbbell Row
4x15 Dumbbell curl
4x15 Deadbug
4x15 Hip Hinge
4x15 Squat
4x12 Knee pushups(I’ve got such terrible upper body strength.)
Every other day
This has been my workout for the past couple weeks and I’ve been really liking it. It gives me a good 20 ish minute workout
I was doing 3 sets of 12 last week and upped it another set and added a little more reps. Do I just keep adding more reps every week? And how much should I normally add on?
I just started doing a calorie deficit and starting to exercise low-mid intensity exercises. The first week I was doing okay. But I’m feeling very hungry this week. I was kind of just following what MyNetDiary was telling me to lose weight but I’m wondering if it’s too much of a deficit for someone who also works out everyday.
I’m female, 157lbs and trying to lose 7lbs. So I’m only eating 1636 calories a day.
If it helps any:
I walk/jog every other day for 30 minutes on treadmill 3.5 incline and 3.2 speed for walking 4.2 jogging.
And do full body workout(bodyweight) for about 15 minutes then walk on treadmill for 20 minutes the other days.
