Help with tiny holes in ironing surface - Bambulab P1s

I am printing these small 3mm thick figures with 100% infill with PLA on my bambulab p1s.

Of the 100 figures that I printed in on the same print, around 20 have those holes shown in the first photo, the rest of the 80 come out well as in the second photo, I want to know if it is a settings problem like flow or something like that, or if it is moist.

my settings are

35mm/s speed

10% flow

0.1 spacing

0.05 inset

Im using bambu studio with 0.4mm nozzle and default PLA temperature settings
