Has anyone been in this situation and if so what did you do. Our lease ends this month and so far none of our rental applications have gone through.

I am getting anxious day by day and am not sure how we're gonna pull through. Currently, in shitty condos owned by a big company. Property manager is ruthless and will make it hell if we decide to stay past our lease on a month to month basis.
