Coyle: shocker/zappy (now just Coyle)

Gooseberry: drill lady

Franco: shotgun baby

Otto & Arora Kress: double trouble

Liliya Bogomolova: mannequin lady

Grunts: punchers, knife guy

Big grunts: big brute

Berserker: blind brute

Pusher: Holocaust

Screamer: stayed screamer

Pouncer: stayed pouncer

Imposter: mimic

Pitcher: firefly

Scapegoat: explody head guy/just scapegoat
