The Bayonne Public Library is a Joke
I was looking for books as part of a series for my son. They were missing specific books from the series so they told me on March 24 they would order new ones and I would be the first notified so I could borrow them as soon as they arrived. Several visits (3+) and phone calls (5+) and VMs later, still nothing. Every time I actually spoke to someone they blamed someone else, or directed me to someone else, or told me "oh thats the other system" or "oh that persons out and will be back tomorrow - can we call you then?" I've given my name and number to so many people and never received any follow up. I promise my demeanor in person is much nicer than this post - this is just a venting of my frustration.
I've since ordered the books from Amazon.
