Anybody with insight/experience with attic ventilation here in the valley?
Any use or benefit to having a fan to ventilate the attic? I recently put a sensor up there to track temperature and its already reaching 120f.

Recently got a GBA and its a 001 model. What are some of the options on upgrading the screen? Not sure where to start on this. Besides screen mods, what else is out there?! The shell is in good shape and so are the buttons so probably wont be changing that.
Cant descifre if I should go with the M2 or the M3 hub. I already have a HomeKit ecosystem but would like to add sensors such as flood detection and thermometer sensors. What do you all recommend?
Going through this dance now. I am almost certain of what holding a conversation will look like. I get it its not breaking any rules but this is very uncourteous in my opinion. Top it off its a massive pickup truck and has the most ridiculous wrap on it causing a glare into my office space.
I’ll be parking my car in front moving forward but that will probably only work 50% of the time.
Probably not the first or last person to vent about this lol.
Would like to add some temperature and flooding sensors to my home. Looks like aqara is the leader in these type of sensors and requires a hub. Not sure if I should get a hub from aqara or a home assistant hub hardware.
What are you all using? What are the pros & cons? I tend to buy HomeKit ready devices when available and manage via respective apps the other incompatible stuff.
