Vigilante Deku Vs Hood Nomu
Saw a post earlier about a weaker version of Deku vs Hood and it looked like the consensus there was that Hood wins. So I'm curious what people think about this matchup. This would be Deku from around the time he fought class-1A except he's at full energy.

Would decay work on liquids?
Like for example, if someone had a quirk that could turn their body into water would that just hard counter decay? Asking because I don't remember ever seeing him use it on liquids and I'm not sure how it would work.
