Need some advice on what to expect
Few wks ago, I shared in one of the comments how my TL basically forced me to resign kasi I miscarried. Literal na wala pang one hr lumipas, I immediately sent my medcert kasi anxious sila sa attendance.
My sup responded na magresign nalang para di affected attendance. Pinipilit ako magsend kahit via email lang daw, which I did not send kasi biii literal na sobrang sakit ng buong pagkatao ko, plus grieving and all.
2 days after, she casually said "Ipaprocess ko na resignation mo, para matapos na while I am on shift".
So ang ginawa ko, ako na nagsend ng resignation para macontrol ko yung narrative.
I stated the events with timelines, which akala ko kakausapin manlang ako ng HR, pero wala. lol
So ayun, someone from this grp said mag file ako ng SENA for constructive resignation. Which I did.
The personnel caller me today and will be scheduling the session with the company.
May I ask on what to expect and what can I do in caae i-intimidate nila ako?
Aside from screenshots, ano pa dapat kong isecure?
