

First ever Ooni Pizza
Im no stranger to making a pizza but this was my first ever pizza from an Ooni, used a Koda 12.
I used the ooni classic dough recipe but didnt get much of a rise from the dough, left to prove on the counter top for a good few hours and got little to no rise, same when I balled them.
I am however proud of how it turned out, launched no problem, managed to turn and only burn slightly. Would have liked more a lighter base and bubbles in the crust but think thats down to the failed prove. Forgot the basil when I was at the shop as I was too eager to get home to fire the oven up.
Looking forward to trying different dough variations and getting the hang of the oven more.
Any advice/criticism welcome.
