Upscale Places in the SGV?

Hey all, I find the SGV to be food heaven but most of the places are pretty casual. Where would you take someone for amazing east asian cuisine in the SGV that is more upscale for a special occasion, date, etc?

I was recently on a trip to Arlington where I ate at this restaurant that had HUGE summer rolls with fancy fillings like Brisket and Berkshire Pork Belly (pic related from their menu). It was so good that I went back every single day and would eat 3 rolls for dinner and it would fill me up. Does anyone know of something similar in LA? Where they are treated more like an entree instead of an appetizer?

Hello, I am looking for Huế imperial cuisine, which is apparently pretty different than what I typically think of vietnamese food, which has french influence. Is there anywhere in LA that has cuisine from Huế, which is more influenced by imperial cooking traditions?

Also excuse my ignorance if my explanation is inaccurate - I have just heard of this so don't know much about it. Thank you!

Looking for actually cheap, and filling - extra bonus points if it won't clog your arteries. I miss living in NY and being able to eat until I was sick in China town for 5 dollars. Inflation adjusted lets say sub 10 dollars for sure, but sub 5 is where we are really talking.

I'm partial to Tacos Villa Corona since it is close by to me. Papas burrito for 4 bucks, and the bean and cheese one is 5. Kinda needs a meat filling though IMO (+2 bucks)
