I have applied for the job 2 days back but i know without referral its difficult to get a call back.

Recently gave interview for PWM COO role for Bangalore location.

All the interview went well but the compensation discussion went for a toss

For an Associate they are paying way less.

Any suggestions on what can be the band ?
