Orienteering is my passion but today i gave trail running a good go. 16k with 524m climb on rocky trails in Lake District UK.
Loved it. I can feel pain in my whole body now but my mood is surprisingly over the moon. Will definitely come for more.
I wasn't sure what shoes to wear for this but im glad i went with inov8 trail fly max. Good grip and cushioning worked really well on rocky trails. Highly recommend.
Tomorrow doing orienteering event. 8.9km with 405m climb. Can't wait.
