I own a 250 gen 3.. and after first service i agree that my bike feels a bit free (lighter on clutch and unrestricted) but there is one thing which Im noticing recently. While in 4th gear and above I can easily rev upto 7.5-8k RPM.. but in 3rd and 2nd the bike feels restrictive.

For instance, while riding at 63-65kmph in 3rd gear barely 6.5k rpm… the bike feels unhappy that Im revving it and speed climbs very slowly after that.. forcing me to shift to 4th. Is this normal? Ive clocked around 1.5k KM on the bike so far.
