Received a used and broken switch 2 case inside a ¨new and sealed¨ Amazon package

Hi, I purchased the Split Everyday Case from Amazon, but instead I received a used and damaged Split Protective Case. What’s strange is that it came inside a sealed box of the product I originally ordered. How did a completely different and clearly used product end up inside what appeared to be a brand-new, sealed package?

My theory is that someone replaced the new product with a used one and returned it pretending the package was still unopened.

Purchased Split EveryDay Case and Received Used And Broken Split Protective

Hi, I just want to share my bad experience buying a case from Amazon. Ordered a JSAUX “Split Everyday” case for Switch 2 and got something completely different. What showed up was a used, broken “Split Protective” case, even though the box looked sealed. Pretty disappointing and honestly feels misleading. Definitely not what I paid for. Would not recommend.

The thing I don’t understand is how a used case makes its way to a sealed packaging of a different reference. Am I the only one?
