This cut I got is pretty fresh. It has stopped bleeding but it isn't like automatically closes like a surface level scratch. I don't think it is deep enough to the subcutaneous level either? Maybe dermis? I don't know I am not an expert. But I'm a little worried due to the openness of it and I don't know how to care for it besides maybe some petroleum jelly and coverings? I'm also worried because it looks like the deepest layer of skin is white-ish or clear-ish and it is freaking me out a little I have never seen that before. It looks like there might be a small blood vessel visible under the transparent layer. I assume that is how it should look but I have just never seen that before on my own body.
