Mild Dextroscoliosis Lumbar Spine

Hey!! M24 6'2 non smoker i dont really exercise, i swim every once in a while

So in august 2024, i decided to xray my spine since i was applying for a job that did not permit angle of 30 degrees and higher. I came to find out that i had mild dextroscoliosis of the lumbar spine specifically T12-L3 with a 15 degrees angle. Another thing noted by the interpretation was the following: No scoliotic deformity is noted at the thoracic spine. Vertebral bodies, pedicles, lamine, and posterior processes are intact. Disc spaces are not narrowed. Normal thoracic kyphosis and lumbar lordosis are maintained.

I've kinda always had this constant need to crack my back and neck. I struggle to sit for long as i start getting pain in my lower back with the need to like pop it same with my neck. My ortho surgeon at the time mentioned to not worry about it as I was 22 (turning 23 in 3 months) at the time and I am no longer growing. He also mentioned my angle is very mild and it should not progress. He did not recommend PT though. So with that said, I kinda been enduring this pain all the time. Is there anyway to lessen it? What should i do? Should I look for PT? how many sessions would one need? Thanks for your input :)
