Tension control training methods
Hey guys, I’m working on my technique and it’s become clear that I can’t progress farther without addressing my inability to control my ramping tension in my fingers/wrist/hand.
I’ve tried to look myself for practice methods to help work on it but every resource that comes up seems more interested in ether explaining the concept or explaining why you should use tension intentionally.
I’m all for that but I can’t start to do that before I learn to stop my arm from locking up half way through every scenario.
I’ve been running a few scenarios with my focus being on staying loose but if anyone has a better way to go about it I’m all ears.
