I am looking to purchase land in Barbados. Can anyone tell me about the Fortescue area in St.Phillips and St.George? Are these good areas?

Hi everyone. I am a Bajan citizen who grew up in the island as a child. After many years I am ready to move back home with my wife and child. Outside of my ID card and Passport, what other forms do I need to apply for a job, obtain health insurance, and pay taxes. Thank you for the help.
