I don't know much about computers and this randomly started happening about 5 months after getting it. the settings keep asking me to sign out of windows to change anything, but when I do, not only am I still signed in, nothing has changed resolution wise. the connection is hdmi.

if anyone can help with this I'd appreciate it a lot. thank you!
