Fees confusion

Other than the mentioned fees, do I need to pay any other fees like for laundry...etc? Also what's semester fees? How much is hostel fees? And how much will they increase this year?

They just mailed me saying I have to sign an undertaking stating i accept that I'll pay the increased additional fees.

Mtech Query

Hi Seniors! I got an offer for Mtech in AR VR CFTi mode. The last date to accept is the 9th of May. I have some doubts:-

How's the curriculum and placement there?
Since it comes under School of AI , are students eligible to sit for AI /CSE placements ( atleast for Big companies)
Since I'm getting in by CFTI mode, will I get a stipend?
