I bought these D’Adarrio guitar humidifiers to put in my guitar. It requires I insert the humidifier between my middle strings while it’s in my case like the photo shown. My question is that it requires the strings to be under tension while they are stretched apart. Is this a good state for a guitar to be in while resting in its case?
I had an accident that resulted in my Dyson SolarCycle task light falling on the floor and one of the roller bits breaking off as well as an end stop on the horizontal arm. Dyson no longer makes this light so they claim to carry no spare parts. This roller is essential for keeping the horizontal arm sliding up and down the vertical shaft while the roller is locked into a groove. Does anyone know where I might be able to find replacement parts?
The attached images shows what the roller looks like, followed by my temporary solution to use a washer to try keep the arm locked onto the groove - any small rotation on the axis will make roller come loose. The final picture shows the missing end cap on the horizontal arm.
Other than that, the light still works but I can no longer adjust its position.
Had more time to clean up and prune my aquarium. It’s hard figuring out layout for this size, but I stuck to low-light, small supplement of CO2 nano compact plants. Trying to commit to regular weekly water changes to control bba as well as 8 hr lights since tank is full of slow growers.
