horrible wam (law)

hey everyone,
i know it sounds stupid but i do need some advice.

I had a horrible first sem due to mental health. I got one D, and the rest of my subjects a scraped credits. For reference, i do double degree law and business.

For my law subjects specifically, i never participated and didn't put in the work, so I obviously did not do well. I got 68 for foundations and 67 for ethics.

This semester I really wanted to work harder, so I participated a lot more. This torts assignment I had a case note, so I tried as hard as I could because I did terrible in the last case note in foundations. I worked on the feedback, read the case thoroughly, studied a lot and put many hours towards it. Today I got my mark back and its the worst mark I have ever received. I'm so shocked that I took previous feedback and implemented changes only for my mark to get worse. Half the feedback I got was critiquing stuff I changed based on previous feedback, and its worth 30% of my grade and the final exam is 20 days away.

I really wanted a comeback because I want a paralegal job in my third year. I have browsed the jobs and most of them ask for a distinction wam and a transcript. I'm just really upset because I have tried so hard all sem, and the progress has shown in my business subjects because im averaging D to HD in all of them this sem. But for law, the degree that matters to me the most, I have just gone completely backwards.

Does anyone have any advice on how to improve or how much my wam matters. I am really disheartened by this because this will now be the third law subject I have done terrible in

still able to access all uni services after discontinuation

Basically the title. I discontinued my course in sem 1 2025 and now I am studying at UTS. I was curious one day and decided to test it out, and I found out I am still able to log into Sydney Student with my unikey, and my student id still works. the only thing that isnt working is my email and my opal concession card which got blocked like 10 days after i dc.

On my sydney student it says that my request to DC was processed and I cant see an enrolment tab and cant even click my studies, and I can only see my results from the semester i discontinued, which i absent failed because I DC after the census date.

I know this is a stupid question but does this mean I am no longer a student? I was just a bit confused as to why this is all still accessible even though I DC.
