UWV WIA after 2 years sick

Reds, I have a permanent contract and been on sick leave for almost two years after having problems with my direct manager that led to bullying and mobbing with other seniors around. Long story short, currently, I work 15 hours a week in another department temporarily. The HR took side with manager and claimed so long that the “stressful role” itself caused me a burnout as they put in their all reports this way. Now we did a WIA application, where the company doctor puts in his final report that I can work elsewhere 100% because the current company environment is the single factor affecting my health. I called UWV and mentioned that I don’t agree with this conclusion, and they’ve documented my feedback in the WIA application file. What do you think how this situation would potentially be assessed by UWV from difference of opinions? What can I do the best when UWV invites me to assessment meeting?
