Genuine Question
hey i don’t wanna sound disrespectful in any kind of way so pls correct me if im stating wrong facts.
I was thinking about therapy and people I know that went to Therapy. I came to the conclusion that they never ,recovered’ but the Therapist thought them how to handle the issue and live with the Problem.
So if you know how to deal with your Trauma/Borderline, Therapy is a waste of money? And the Therapist has to be smarter than the client
I am not talking about Mental illnesses that require Medication ofc
