I was told it’s nearly impossible to cheat. I’ve read some places make Sailors drop their pants and drawers below their butt and hold their shirts up, while an observer sits in a chair next to the urinals and watches, is that true?

Why do they have signs hanging up at Darby Hall saying that guys have to drop trousers and drawers to thigh level and hold shirt up for urinalysis. Observer this week made me follow the posted SOP verbatim. My pt shorts and briefs had to be below my butt and my pt shirt had to be above my stomach, he observed from a 90 degree angle and watched me pee into the bottle.
