For the past few days, I've been having these spontaneous tremors (flutters) above my heart. Like literally in the left nipple area. I made sure to check that these are tremors and not my own heart by placing my hand on it and I felt both.
What does this mean?
Edit: these tremors only happen on the left side (heart). they are not happening on the right at all
I've been trying to sleep on the floor for 2 weeks now, and I've been alternating setups (positions and pillows and ways to sleep) because sleep itself was miserable (not feeling rested at all, insomnia, waking up 3-4 times in the night so fragmented sleep, etc.)
Now, I believe I found a good setup, as the first night of this I blacked out completely I believe. Same with the next nights, complete blackout like I don't remember any sleep awakenings so I think it's a positive sign.
However, I still don't really feel that feeling of being well-rested ish.
Any thoughts?
Or does it only resolve those that are in the neevous system from stress? How does TRE differentiate between them?
