I was in a minor fender bender. I have full coverage and took my vehicle to the collision center that was suggested by my insurance company. They just did the quote to fix it and said $4,000 dollars, insurance wants to total the car as it is only worth around $3,000. I need the car. They are saying I have to pay out of pocket for them to reassemble the car so I can take my car home. Insurance agent is the one saying I have to pay out of pocket for the reassembly. Located in Tampa Florida What do I do?
