Hi guys! Just curious and currently naghahanap kasi ako ng dorm/solo room around S&R Shaw/Mauway within that budget. Parang mostly bedspace lang talaga ang available sa ganitong price range na nakikita ko sa FB.

₱24k lang kasi yung net pay ko, and I’ll also be supporting my family sa province, so limited lang talaga yung kaya kong i-allocate for rent. As much as possible, I prefer sana solo room for privacy and comfort. Okay lang naman sakin if shared yung kitchen and CR, as long as safe and secure yung place. As much as possible, walking distance lang sana yung workplace ko, which is nasa Shaw Blvd.

Sa mga nakapag-rent na or currently renting around Mandaluyong, meron pa bang solo room na around this price range? Or talagang mostly bedspace na lang ang realistic option?

Baka may ma-suggest din kayong areas na mas affordable. Thank you!

Hi everyone! I just wanted to ask if a ₱24k net pay would be enough, especially since I’ll be relocating from Mindanao and renting a room in Metro Manila. Hindi naman lavish ang lifestyle ko, so I’d really appreciate your insights.
