As of 9:18 am on Wednesday 13 May 2026 Cedar Point has removed the Morning Rush page from the website. Officially they have waved the 🏳️.

The reception for Morning Rush was so bad that Tony Clark appears to have waved the white flag 🏳️. Actions are louder than words.

Coastermania is canceled. The new monthly Morning Rush event instead
Coastermania as we know it is dead. The new monthly Morning Rush will have select coasters at the beginning of each month with the price set as $95. June 5th, 2026 in the first event starts at 7:30 am to 11:00 am.

[Cedar Point] As reported on Cedar Point subreddit page: Magnum XL-200 will not be open for opening weekend. It “might” open up for Memorial Day weekend.
This is the lasted version of the schedule ride closures list that is available on Six Flags’ website under the Cedar Point tab. This list was originally published nine days ago with Magnum and Giant Wheel omitted.
Edit: Heard that Magnum is under going re-tracking maintenance along with staffing issues.

Last night went to look up information for a parent, when I opened the Six Flags app I was immediately kicked out of my account. Now, I’m stuck in a login loop with a canceled Kings Island trip with three crying kids and their passes locked in a digital wallet with Six Flags. Both Cedar Point guest services and Six Flags tech are refusing to help me out and told me to have a Six Flags day. FYI- a system update to the app crashed the login page and no one at these to companies wants to make things right. Unprofessional on both parties!!!!🤬
