Like I genuinely get nauseated looking at myself and I have thrown up more than a few times. It usually comes with headaches and feeling really hot as well, even though my temperature isn't high at all. Is this normal?
Kinda vent i suppose? Idk abt y'all but I get such bad dysphoria from wearing mens stuff (especially swimwear) but even more so from women's stuff (most of my stuff is just something my girlfriend didnt want or was willing to part with, so none of it fits super well) and dude its at the point where I will genuinely sit on the beach in a hoodie and sweatpants and nearly pass out from the heat before id consider going in the water. please tell me y'all get this 💔💔💔
I know some of these are meant well, but genuinely id rather you spit in my face. Its so much easier to take a straight insult than to be made to feel like you aren't right.
