Back to basics. I have been experiencing a lot of breakage, and have been advised to minimise heat.

I have a lot of density, so didn't expect my hair to fit into these four sections, but I do also have fine hair.

Any suggestions on other heat free stretching methods? My hair tangles a lot if unstretched.
