What type of thermal paste should I use and should I also replace the white thermal paste which I assume is on the vram

And just for some background, I’ve had this laptop for about five years. I believe I changed the thermal paste myself with a friend who claimed he was “ good at this stuff “

I usually have my laptop on a stand and I usually run about 90 to 100°C no higher no lower when playing games I also use an external fan to blow into the vents which improve the frames, but doesn’t decrease the display temperature.

Also, should I just use compressed air to clean out the fans?
