Band saw is in rougher shape than I could tell from the pictures, but can't wait to see if I can't get it in better shape and running. If not, it was $9. The Walker-Turner drill press I got for $21. The grinder was the most expensive at $44, but it's looks rarely used. The owner said he only used it to sharpen lawn mower blades.

This is a tree at my aunts house, who is my neighbor. The tree could fall on either of houses if it were to fall. This was taken a day after we had a lot of rain. I went and looked at it today and water is still coming out, although not as bas as the pictures. We're going to try and get an aborist to come out and look also, but sometimes that doesn't happen quickly where we live. We don't want to take the tree down if we don't need to, but don't want our homes damaged either
