Are guys really doing new construction for less than $1250 a fixture?

Builder I’ve worked with for a while said he’s getting multiple quotes cheaper than mine and I just don’t see how. I’m at $1250 a fixture for him, that’s ground to final with inspections, and I’m providing toilets at that price. Just lost a 3100 sq ft 3 full bath home to what he claims was less than $1000 per fixture. I’m not sweating it, but curious if the next construction market has really turned that hard. I’m in the Tulsa Oklahoma area.

How much worse is this than I think?

I’m definitely a trust the process kind of guy but I’ve never seen anything remotely like this. They are on day 4 and this is where we’re at. I know a lot of this gets sanded but it seems really bad.
