I went into a thrift store a few days ago right before closing, saw this piece, and decided not to buy it. When I went back the next day, it was gone. Now I’m regretting it—can someone please help me identify it?

The frame may or may not be aftermarket; I’m mainly interested in the print itself. There appears to be a signature on the bottom left-hand side, but I can’t quite make it out. Unfortunately, this is the only picture I have.
