Hi everyone, sorry if this is a silly question but I have just had my upper 2nd molar extracted after 9 weeks of chronic pain. It seems even after extraction this tooth is destined to give me trouble. It's been only 1 day since extraction, and I noticed that this thing that looks like a baby tooth is coming out of the extraction site. It was not there yesterday - I'm guessing it's a bone spicule? I'm just worried because everything online seems to say that bone spicules are small and sharp, this looks pretty darn big to me, and it's got me a bit freaked out.
