I am from Tanzania and i am trying to access my render dashboard but i end up on "This site can’t be reached" is it for my country only?

If you are a developer you might be using AI in one way or another even if you are not fully depending on it to write your whole codebase. If you are using AI it is important knowing the difference between Prompt driven and Spec driven development, if you already know, it's okay, you can share with us in the comment.

I moved from Arusha to Mwanza and couldn't find a single developer to grab coffee with. No way to know who's building what, or even who's around.

So I'm building a simple app you set your city, your stack, and other developers near you show up. No job listings, no recruiters. Just find a dev in your city, see what they're building, follow them, maybe meet up.

Think of it as the thing you wish existed before posting "any developer in Mwanza?" in a WhatsApp group of 30k people.

Would you use something like this? And what would make you actually open it every week?

I’m working on a platform properties like house and land for renting/selling in Tanzania focused on Dalalis and property owners.

Right now:

• Many listings are scattered across WhatsApp groups
• Prices are inconsistent or hidden
• It’s hard to trust listings or verify availability

For people who have rented or bought property in Tanzania:

1. What was the hardest part of the process?
2. Did you use a Dalali? What problems did you face?
3. Would you trust an app to find verified houses/plots instead?
4. What would make you actually use such an app instead of WhatsApp?
