Since I started my career close to a decade ago, I've always wanted to build something with my own two hands which can help people. As a non-technical IT slave with 0 coding skills, I did try multiple times using low-code and no-code tools but could never really get something going. However I was lucky enough that my current company is really pushing the adoption of AI so I took sometime to learn and finally built a product from ground up which I'm proud of.

As an IT slave, I've always been a tenant, staying at rented places and I've seen it all, across multiple metro cities.

• Your deposit is withheld or delayed indefinitely, even after you've vacated
• You get reprimanded for having friends over, especially female friends
• Quick repairs somehow take endless weeks
• You're paying way more than what the previous tenant ever did, and moreee.

This list is endless and that worst part is that you'll never realise this until you sign that lease and start staying.

I ended up creating rateyourhouseowner using claude over a weekend. A completely free feedback platform for reviewing all your older houseowners and help warn any new tenants who might be planning to rent at the same place.

I've also taken precautions to flag false reviewers and reviews based on the user behaviour but won't go too much into detail so that the system cannot be gamed.
