I just set up my zoom interview for the Manager Trainee program and I see on here many people start with a phone interview then a zoom interview. Is that a good sign that I seemed to have skipped the phone?

Also does anyone have insights on the hiring process after the zoom interview (I.e. interview types, timeline etc.)
