I just got approved from Manulife for Zepbound yesterday and also filled in the form to get the discount card from Lilly. I'm on my way to get the prescription today and intend to start this week.

I wanted to take some photos and measurements now but I'm not a big fan of social media and don't want to post anywhere. I was wondering what everyone else is doing to track your photos and measurements and such? Is there a good app for this?

I was thinking of buying a scale and measuring tape that can sync to Apple Health (which I have never used before) but I was wondering what is best.
