How did you figure out your style

I would love to create a capsule wardrobe but honestly I don’t really have a style. I spend most of my times In jeans and a sweatshirt I don’t even really like. I’m turning 40 this year and would like to put in a bit more effort. any suggestions would be great!

Favorite whole food meals

With the price of food rising and trying to maintain our food budget, I’d love to learn some of your favorite whole food meals. we don’t eat much packaged food due to allergies (gluten free), and for protein sources we stick to eggs, poultry, tuna, tofu, Greek yogurt, and occasionally salmon.

Whole Food instant pot meals

I got an older model instant pot off market place for $20 im perfect condition. We are a gluten free household and keep things cheaper by eating mostly whole foods. For proteins we stick to poultry, salmon, and eggs. I would love to hear what you make in your instant pot!

Thanks!

I’ve been trying and failing to make homemade gluten free bread. I have grains like sorghum, millet, buckwheat, brown rice flour, and potato starch on hand. please share your favorite recipes and what has worked for you. Thank you!

I have really interested in adopting this way of eating however I am active and hit a high intensity workout 5 days a week sometimes also throwing another run in, or weightlifting. Anyone able to adopt this diet while being super active and meal prepping?

I recently tried 4 different bars from kitsch and the only one that works for my hair is the tea tree set. I have long, fine strands but thick in volume hair and the other bars left my roots shiny and my ends with a waxy build up. anyone have any suggestions on a similar hair texture and what worked for them?

I even tried the refillable plane products liquid and within 2-3 washed has the same result

Any female Crossfitters go from overweight to relatively fit? I’ve been at my box for a couple months and haven’t seen the changes I’m looking for. I love CrossFit and have no plans to stop, I’m working a deficit (mostly whole food diet), and trying to push intensity and it doesn’t seem like my body is changing as much as I’d like. For reference 39y 5’4 178lb. I’d love to hear your transformations and maybe pick up some tips on to get where I want to be!
