Pretty much what the title says - I feel like I’ve been hunting for years and never found my holy grail moisturiser. 35F, dry/dehydrated skin but also prone to acne (I take low-dose Roaccutane three times a week to keep it at bay).

It needs to be a cream (not a lotion, not a gel-cream), super rich and nourishing, preferably with a nice scent and packaging. The closest I’ve found is Trilogy Ultra Hydrating Face Cream, which I do like. Otherwise, Cetaphil in the tub would be my next pick.

Any other dry gals have any recommendations?
